Sounds like you might want to step back and reconsider keeping the car you invested so much in, BUT have some other mechanic fix the long overdue engine problem/s. What about Z1 doing that? or another repair facility? You've put too much into this one to start all over because there's no way you'll get your money back if the cars not running right and the next one might do o.k., but almost all are over 10 years old and 100K miles, so you'd have to do the same thing to any other car to get it up to the same standards you have now. Take a small vacation drive the car to ?, Georgia Z1 and look for your self. If you like want you see fly home, round trip ticket back to ATL to pick it up in a few weeks and take it home fixed. There's also another reliable shop NE ATL called Balanced Performance, [ http://www.balancedperformance.com/index.shtml ] Z1 & BP has always taken good care of my 91TT, but no major engine work so far!
